Your artwork should be submitted to us digitally in a PDF format using any of today's popular graphic programs. We are a PDF friendly manufacturer! Why you ask? PDFs are the industry standard to ensure that what you designed is what actually arrives at your door after your order is placed.

Product Specifications
Each product has specifications to follow and even downloadable templates for you to use when submitting artwork. Please follow each products finished size dimensions to ensure accurate production of your job. We are also here for any questions you may have before you decide to submit your artwork to us.

What is a bleed and how do I setup my files for it?
For art that Bleeds (color goes to the trim edges) – Add an extra 1/8 inch to each side that bleeds. For example, a standard business card (2 x 3.5) that bleeds on each side, make your canvas size 2.25 x 3.75 (1/8 inch x 2 sides). Remember: this extra 1/8 inch will be trimmed off so put type or critical art no closer than 1/4 inch from the bleed edge. (Or 1/8 inch from the trim edge). Please see the image to the right and notice that any artwork that goes outside of the document bounds, will be trimmed off.

SORRY - FILM OR OTHER SIMILAR “CAMERA READY” ART is not accepted.

All files should be exported as PDF only.
