Terms and Conditions for Satisfaction Guarantee:

At Print Direct, we are product to offer high-quality, beautifully printed products, and it is our goal to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with the products they purchase with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us at 866.515.7746 within 10 days of receipt of your order and we will do our best to remedy your problem. If your order is found to contain an error that is not within our allowable tolerances, we will reprint all or part of your order depending on circumstance. All reprinted orders due to an error by Print Direct will be placed on an expedited turn.
Print Direct is consigned to producing top quality products from start to finish, however, there are some potential items that are beyond our control, and therefore are not covered under our guarantee.

  • Although we print on high-quality presses, we cannot be responsible for color variation between PDF screen proofs and the final printed piece. If you believe the color of your printed piece is not representative of your supplied files, we will have our trained color experts review the piece and reprint if it is found to be out of tolerance.
  • Print Direct will not be responsible for reprinting due to customer error. Customer errors include but are not limited to: spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors; low quality or low-resolution images; color errors introduced by the customer; design errors introduced by the customer; incorrect orientation; incorrect layout; incorrect pagination; incorrect placement for hole-drilling, trimming, folding or die-cutting, etc.
  • Orders damaged in transit are eligible for reprint. We must receive photographs of damage in order for Print Direct to properly file a claim with our shipper.
  • Any shipments that are delayed or lost due to inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer are not eligible for reprint.
